Spa Therapist

Arctic Bath is a floating SPA hotel, located on the Lule River in Harads, Swedish Lapland. We offer a truly unique workplace, surrounded by the breathtaking nature of northern Sweden. Our focus is on sustainability, nature-based experiences, and providing an exclusive, mindful guest experience.

As a SPA Therapist, you will play a key role in helping our guests relax and unwind during their stay. We offer a range of massage and facial treatments using products from ℅ Gerd, a Swedish local brand with a strong focus on natural ingredients and sustainable values.

Main responsibilities include:

• Performing professional SPA treatments according to our spa menu
• Tailoring treatments to meet each guests individual needs and preferences
• Ensuring that treatment rooms and spa areas are kept clean, organised, and inviting
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the SPA facilities
• Creating a calm and relaxing environment for all guests
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace by working closely with colleagues

Your background and skills:

• Previous experience as a SPA Therapist is essential
• Full professional training in massage or other relevant areas is highly desirable
• Good knowledge of various massage and treatment techniques
• Ability to adapt treatments to suit individual needs and requests
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Solid understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a spa environment
• Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are an advantage

A flexible and positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing situations, respond to guest needs, and assist in other departments when required
