Join in the summer festivities
Ask a Swede about Midsummer, and the standard recipe no matter the region will be as follows: flowers in your hair, dancing around a maypole, summer clothes no matter the weather, and at night putting flowers under your pillow to dream about your true love. Midsummer festivities are held in late June, the exact date varies, but one thing’s for sure: it’s a day best experienced doing as the locals do. Welcome!
