The menu celebrates Nordic flavours with seasonal ingredients, such as sustainably caught fish from the Lule River or locally sourced reindeer and moose from the Harads area. Each course is thoughtfully paired with selected wines or high-quality non-alcoholic alternatives, creating a memorable dining experience in the heart of the Arctic wilderness.
